Performance Features:

(1) This product can be freely retracted. High-altitude materials are discharged from the chute to the loading truck, which can prevent dust overflow and reduce the material crushing rate. It has the characteristics of environmental protection, high distribution efficiency, large shrinkage ratio, small installation space and simple operation.

(2) Type and transmission mode of lifting motor: the motor is installed vertically with explosion-proof motor, the drive gear worm reducer drives the reel forward and backward, and the steel wire rope is pulled to realize the rise and fall of the chute.

(3) Structure and material: mainly composed of power part, actuator, mechanical part and electrical part. The power part is mainly composed of motor, reducer, main shaft and other parts; The actuator is mainly composed of wire rope, pulley, etc; The mechanical part is mainly composed of the top box, hose, tail shell, dust bag, etc; The electrical part is mainly composed of sensor, tilt switch, electric cabinet box, etc.
