When the material does not need to be crushed, the bypass can be opened; the cylinder is in the open state, the flap turns forward and the material directly enters the bypass.

By rotating the material control door adjusting handle or handwheel to adjust the size of the material control door flap opening and closing, to adjust the flow of crushed material, so as to play a role in regulating the output.

Unique splitter box design with internal flap controlled by pneumatic cylinders, thus realizing the diversion of excess material from the bypass channel when crushing is not required.

The observation door is equipped with a travel switch.

During shutdown, the observation door can be opened to observe the use of the crushing rollers and the internal condition of the equipment; during work, the door must be closed; if the door is opened, the travel switch will give a signal to shut down the equipment automatically.
